If you forgot your Businessmap password, follow these steps to reset it:
Step 1: Go to the direct URL of your account (e.g. subdomain.kanbanize.com) and click the link next to “Forgot your password?”
Alternatively, you can visit our homepage at https://businessmap.io/. Click the Log in button and use the “forgot your password” link.
Step 2: In the page that opens, enter your Businessmap registration email address and click “Send.” In a few minutes, you will receive a new temporary password which you can use to log in again.
Depending on how you requested a password reset, you will see one of these two windows:

Important: The temporary password is only valid for your first login to the system.
If you are still unable to log in using the temporary password, try copying it from the email and pasting it into a standard text editor, such as Notepad. Then, copy the password from the text editor and use it in the login form. In some cases, email clients may add formatting to the text in the email body, which can render the password invalid. Copying and pasting it into a text editor will remove any formatting.
Alternatively, once you copy the password, you can use the Ctrl +Shift + V key command to paste it without any formatting.
Step 3: After logging in, we highly recommend changing your password before logging out.
Note: For security reasons, the system will not indicate whether your email is registered in Businessmap. If you don't receive an email, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- You have used another email for your registration or there is a typo in your email.
- You had an old trial account that might have already expired. In that case, you would need to sign up for a new one. Learn how to sign up for a Businessmap account here.
