1. Kanbanize Mobile Application Improvements
Kanbanize 5.17 introduces a new and improved design of the cards view in the mobile apps for Android and iOS. As of the new product release, the cards display the number of comments, subtasks and attachments, which are relevant to the task.
2. Integration with Bitbucket
Product update 5.17 brings a new integration between Bitbucket and Kanbanize. With its help, you can track commits as comments in a corresponding Kanban card. In addition, you can update card details and status as well as log time into Kanbanize directly from Bitbucket.

3. ConnectWise - Import & Bi-Directional Sync
Release 5.17 introduces ConnectWise integration enhancements that include mapping of fields, initial tickets import and simplified configuration. This makes the adoption and initial setup much easier to get you started right away.
4. Move Cards via the Email Integration
Kanbanize 5.17 builds on the last product version with the ability to move cards and change their position on the board via the email integration.
The Kanbanize email integration feature hooks your inbox to the Kanban board and you can easily create/update cards over email without accessing the system.
The enhancement allows you to move a card via parameters in the body of the email. The newly available parameters are column and lane.
For example:
{#assignee: username #color: FF00FF #column: name # lane: name}
These parameters in the email body will change the card color; assignee and will move the card to the defined position.
If you would like to update a particular card via email, do not forget to specify the {Board name}{Card ID} in the Subject.
5. Public Filters Auto Refresh
The public boards and filters in Kanbanize allow you to share information about your project with external stakeholders who are not registered Kanbanize users. Depending on the data you have included in your initial search, the read-only report is available in a table or graph view.
Kanbanize 5.17 is enhancing the Public filter feature with the "Auto refresh" capabilities. Once activated, the page refreshes the shared report automatically every 5 minutes. It also takes into account your pre-selected customized sorting. This is a very useful scenario to broadcast information from your company on Big Screens, TVs, Information Radiators.
6. Business Weeks Included in the Calendar Picker
Kanbanize 5.17 introduces an enhanced view of the calendar picker in the deadline field of the card that includes the number of the weeks within the year.
