1. Introduction to the Card Settings Menu
When opened, every card in Businessmap lets you complete a series of actions to customize your tasks. In an open card view, you will notice the following main elements in the upper right corner:
(1) Color — set a particular color for your card. You can learn how to use card colors in the dedicated article.
(2) Priority — choose between low, average, high, or critical priority.
(3) Template — insert a template from your list of saved templates. You can read more about it in our dedicated article about card templates.
(4) The Card Settings icon — it provides a shortcut to some of the actions you can perform on a card. Open a card and click the Settings icon at the upper right corner to open the settings panel.

2. The Card Settings Panel
The Card settings panel provides access to the following functionalities:
Block — just click "Block" to block this card and make it immobile on the board unless being unblocked. For more information, please check the dedicated article about blocking cards in Businessmap.
Locate — click the icon and you will be redirected to the exact card position on the board (if it is located on the same board). This feature is very useful when you have a lot of columns and swimlanes and you need quick navigation The card itself will be highlighted when located. If the card is located on a different board, the system opens the board in a new tab and focuses your screen on the card.
Reminder — allows users to set up a reminder and follow up on the card within 5,15 or 30 minutes; 1, 2, or 4 hours; or a selected date from the calendar. Upon deadline expiration, a reminder pops up on your board, and the system sends an email notification (reminder). Check out this video to see how it works.
Save as template — this option allows you to save the currently opened card as a template.
Copy ID — click on the icon to automatically copy the card's ID to your clipboard.
Discard — use the discard button if you want to erase this card. For more information, please check the dedicated article about discarding cards in Businessmap.
Log time — log time on a card or any of its subtasks. To learn more, check out our article on how to log time in Businessmap.
Revisions — allows you to access the card's revisions. A card revision is saved whenever a certain card property is changed. More on this can be found in the dedicated article on card revisions.
Stickers — sticker tokens let you mark a card with any pre-defined label you have created. This helps to categorize cards and use cases that are important to your workflows by visualizing them on the board. You can learn more about how to use stickers in the dedicated article.
Copy link — you can easily copy the card's unique URL. This is the easiest way to refer to a card. Just click the icon to copy the card link and use CTRL+V to paste it.
