Only users with "Account Owners" or "Make Payments" privileges in Businessmap can downgrade their subscription.
Downgrading Your Subscription Plan
When can you downgrade your account?
You can downgrade only Monthly (pay as you go) recurring subscription plans at any given time from your Payment Panel.
You cannot downgrade the Annual (pre-paid) subscription plan and the Monthly (annual commitment) plan until the commitment expiration date.
How to downgrade your account
Step 1. To downgrade your subscription, you have to log in to Businessmap and click on your avatar at the top right side of your account interface. Select "Payment Plan" from the menu.
Step 2: Select the "Change Subscription" button.
Step 3: The next panel displays your current subscription details (img.1) Select the number of users you want to have in total after the downgrade.
Important: If you want to decrease the number of users and select a lower tier, you first must delete or disable the users in your Businessmap account who will no longer use the system in order to match the new number of licenses. Otherwise, you will get a notification message and the system will prompt you to do so. You can disable the users from the Administration panel.
If you want to deactivate the Add-ons: Business Rules / Single Sign-on (SSO) & 2FA, please uncheck the corresponding boxes. Define the number of Business Rules you wish to have in total after the downgrade. The new amount that is to be paid after the downgrade will be displayed under the Total Costs.
Step 4: To proceed with the payment and confirm the downgrade, click the Next Payment Details.
